5 tips for Cash on delivery policy :
1- Always ensure that the address and contact number provided for your order are accurate.
2- Answer all calls from the couriers so you do not miss your delivery!
3- Stay at home on the day of delivery to recieve order from the couriers.
4- If you are not available on the day of delivery, please ensure you have someone authorized to receive your order.
5- Congratulations you recieved the order successfully.
Note :
If the person denies accepting COD product once, then they cannot order another cash on delivery product or to the same location on COD again. They will only be able to order prepaid orders from Viola art gallery by any payment gateway.
